Ok Guys here it goes:
If you have an iPhone and need to jailbreak, unlock and activate or either one of those please use:
iPlus2.0:- How to Unlock 1.1.4 and Downgrade to 3.9-fakeblank iPhone Bootloader (Windows XP/Vista)
iPlus2.0- How to Unlock 1.1.4 and Downgrade to 3.9-fakeblank iPhone Bootloader (Mac/Intel PPC)
If you have an iTouch you can use the same guide above just leave out -u from the command!
OR
If you feel like you have a few extra hundred dollars to spare then try ZiPhone:
