You can go to google video on your iTouch, pick a video, and when you get to the video click the iPod psp format on the right side of the page. Hope it Helps!

Whenever I try to restore it using the files, it either comes out as Unknown Error (1) or Unknown Error (5)

I found out what was wrong. First turn off the ipod. Then hold the power and home button. Hold the power for ONLY 10 seconds. Let go of power and hold home. Your itunes should also be on. The screen on the itouch will turn black. It is in black recovery mode. try the downgrade again, it should work.
